Wines
The winemaking at Carsin is relatively simple; grapes are carefully selected and sorted. We work in a simple and authentic way. In the cellar, we age most of our red wines in French oak barrels as we prefer the authentic way of working. We don’t use chips, staves, powders or other oak substitutes. Our wines are fruit-driven and authentic - we want our wines to truly reflect the fruit of our vineyards.

Blanc de Carsin
Blanc de Carsin is the perfect wine for seafood and fish, we often enjoy this wine with oysters and shrimps, one of our favourite local foods.
Rosé de Carsin
Rosé de Carsin is the perfect wine for a simple and casual aperitif. This wine is not too serious, so just relax and enjoy!
Rouge de Carsin
This is our fruit-driven red wine that’s suitable for any day of the week. Try with pizzas, pastas, we guarantee it works with anything.

Cadillac
The sweet wines have been produced at Carsin for almost a century - our oldest bottles are from 1942. It's a lovely tradition and we want to cherish it.
Sauvignon Gris
This dry white wine is a 100 % Sauvignon Gris - quite a rare thing to find in Bordeaux! Sauvignon Gris produces low yields but very aromatic wines.
Cuvée Noire
This is a rare red wine from Bordeaux - nobody makes a blend of these 6 Bordeaux varieties. The spiciness of the wine makes it great to combine with food.
Amphora
With amphoras, we want to make the purest wines possible from single vineyards. We have several small lot red wines in amphoras, check them out.

Le Mystère Pétillant
The pétnat is the most difficult wine to produce - but also the most fun! At the moment of bottling, it's still impossible to say how it'll end up. That's why it's called the "sparkling mystery".
Le Fruit Enchanté
Le Fruit Enchanté is our "enchanted fruit" as this sort of a rich, creamy white wine is less common and often not highly appreciated in Bordeaux where most of the white wines are just fresh and crisp.
L’Amour Fragile
L'Amour Fragile is one of our favourite wines as it's so different from anything produced in Bordeaux. This wine is a beautiful expression of our Sauvignon Blanc with a maceration for 21 days.
La Rose Sauvage
La Rose Sauvage is a fun rosé, it's made with 100% Malbec and it’s picked very early to maintain natural freshness and low alcohol level. Perfect aperitif!
Le Petit Coucou
Le Petit Coucou is a wine that is so easy to drink, you'll want to open another bottle after the first one. Filled with fruity characters - yum!
L’Aventure Nocturne
L'Aventure Nocturne is the first wine that was made for the Charivari brand, it’s a pure Merlot coming from our oldest organic vineyards.

This sparkling, non-alcoholic grape juice is made from handpicked Sémillon. It’s the perfect 0% alcohol aperitif that is suitable for the entire family! Kids love it as it is, parents sometimes prefer it in a cocktail…
Balsamique de Carsin
Balsamique de Carsin is one of the most prestigious products at Carsin. It’s made from reduced Sémillon juice and aged in barrels for 2-3 years. Then bottled, labeled and waxed by hand.
