Nectar de Carsin is a fresh, non-alcoholic and bubbly grape juice. At Chateau Carsin, children drank "magic juice" in the 1990’s - chilled sweet nectar pressed from grapes. Our winemaker Nea remembers drinking this cold juice from small wine glasses and feeling very chic & adult, though she must have been no more than 5 years old. Thirty years later, she has revived the magical juice familiar from her childhood.

For this non-alcoholic sparkling drink, the grapes are carefully picked from our old Sémillon vineyards, pressed into sweet juice and kept at cold temperature. The juice is then carbonated and bottled in festive champagne bottles.

This lively and bubbly drink can be enjoyed by both children and adults.
