La Rose Sauvage, the wild rose, is our 100% Malbec rosé wine. Light and fresh, perfect wine for apéritif! This wine is picked by hand, macerated for 5 minutes and then pressed to stainless steel tank. It has fermented naturally and matured in the tank with light lees for a few months. The wine is bottled without fining or filtering.

The wine is an authentic rosé made by pressing and not saignée method. It's rich in fruit and colour, quite a bold rosé. Malbec makes a round and fruity rosé which is as its best when combined with food. This wine has lots of red berry notes such as wild strawberries and raspberries.

La Rose Sauvage likes to be accompanied with Bouillabaisse soups in the winter and fresh salads in the summer. Also great with tartar steaks and beetroot dishes. Enjoy well chilled with friends and family.
