Rosé de Carsin is a dry rosé that is great aperitif or a summer drink but also good to be matched up with food.

This wine is made from our organic Merlot vineyards. We pick these grapes quite early during harvest for maintaining natural freshness and low alcohol. Then it’s whole-bunch pressed, cooled down for about 24 hours and then the fermentation takes place in a stainless steel tank. There’s a short maturation on lees for 3-4 months in the stainless steel tank before bottling in the winter.

Rosé de Carsin is a great drink for summer picnics, brunches and also delicious to be served with food. Try different sort of tapas, charcuterie plates or barbecue food. Also a great match with strawberry & chèvre salad.
